FROM THE THEATRE TO THE WORLD STAGE
My time in the theatre
“My Time in the Theatre: Memories, Skills, and Confidence Gained” So here I am, reflecting on my time in the theatre. From the moment I stepped foot onto the stage for my first show, My Fair Lady, I was hooked. I couldn’t believe my luck to be able to be a part of something so special and to be able to share the stage with some amazing people. From then on, I was constantly doing new shows, from Blitz to Annie, and each one gave me the opportunity to learn and grow.
West End
Being on the West End was an experience like no other. I was able to work with some incredibly talented people and make some lifelong friends. The show I will always remember the most is The Whats On Stage Awards. It was the first professional opportunity I had ever worked on, and it truly gave me the confidence to go on and perform on a large stage. The West End was also the first show I ever worked on with My UK and it’s an experience I will never forget.
I have also had the advantage and opportunity to be a part of some great organisations and performances such as Les Miserable, My Land Shore, and, Beauty And The Beast. A great privilege to be a part of the team that put on these shows.
Continue my journey
The theatre was a part of my life for many years and I have made so many memories along the way. I have grown as a performer and I have gained skills that I never knew I had. I am so thankful for the opportunities I have had and the people I have met along the way. Now I am excited as I take those skills and that knowledge and continue my journey in the theatres, arenas, cruise ships, and stages worldwide working as a motivational speaker and keynote, creating memories and skills that will last a lifetime.
